Samuel Houston Moore
                                  October 13, 1964 -- August 2, 2015

Samuel Houston Moore, 50, of Middlebury, died at 3:10 pm on Sunday,
August 2, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident at the corner of
CR 18 and CR 33 in Middlebury. He was born on October 13, 1964 in
Auburn to Richard and Missoura (McPherson) Moore. Survivors are his
fiancee, Dawn Miller of Middlebury; children, Marilyn Sarah (Travis Culp)
Moore of New Paris, Samuel Houston (fiancee, Jaclyn McAdams) Moore II
of Wolcottville, Brittany Rose Moore of Goshen, Kaylee Miller, T.J Bennett,
Cody and Cole Miller all of Middlebury; his mother of St. Joe;
grandchildren, Courtney, Haley, Presley, Lillian, Emily, & Riley; two sisters,
Rosanne Oberlin of St. Joe, Audrey Woods of Auburn; five brothers, Tom
Moore of Wolcottville, Newton Moore, Dan Moore, Noah Moore, and Tib
Moore all of St. Joe. He was preceded in death by his father. He was an avid
fisherman and his family was everything to him. He was a very giving man
with a kind heart and a great sense of humor. He worked at Lippert
Components Plant 45 in Goshen, in sales and customer service. Visitation
will be from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 5 followed by a 7:00
pm funeral service at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street,
Middlebury. Memorials may be given to C.A.P.S (Child and Parent
Services).

My heart goes out to the family. No words can express or help the hurt you

anyone out at LCI. He will be truly missed.

In light on my not being able to make the trip up there. I send my
