Ruth Geneva Lemmon
                             September 21, 1919 -- November 26, 2013

Ruth Geneva Lemmon, 94, of Goshen, died at 1:45 am, on Tuesday,
November 26, at the Maples at Waterford Crossing, Goshen. She was born on
September 21, 1919, in Noble County, to Fordis and Lilly (Kichler) Harlan.
Surviving is a son, Joe (Sharon) Lemmon of Goshen, two grandchildren, Jeff
(Roxanne) Lemmon of Elkhart, Tony (Deborah) Lemmon of Fort Wayne;
seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by her parents, a son, Jack Harlan Lemmon, sister, Ethel
Pfafman, three brothers, John, Harold and George Harlan, half sister, Hazel
Heltzel, half -brother, Leslie Growcock. Ruth had worked at Weyerhaeuser,
Gohn Brothers and most recently Abitibi-Price Corporation all in Middlebury.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed traveling in
her van. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 pm on Friday November 29, at Miller-
Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street Middlebury. Funeral services
will be at 11:00 am on Saturday November 30, also at Miller-Stewart Funeral
Home.  Services will be conducted by Jim Breniser. Burial will be in Grace
Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury. Memorials may be given to American Legion

Sorry for your loss .Ruth was a nice lady. I always enjoyed visiting with her at
the reunions

I’ll always remember what a good friend Ruth was to my grandmother,
Mildred Cummings.  She shared her home with her many years ago, and I
remember hearing how much fun they had at organ club and the many
outings for dinner and shopping.  My prayers are with her family.

Joe, Sharon and families,  We were all saddened to hear that Ruth had
passed.  We have so many fond memories of growing up almost like
extended families.  Ruth was a great person and will be missed.  We will keep
you all in our prayers.
