Robert "Bob" Wayne Weaver
                                   December 21, 1930 -- December 6, 2015

Robert "Bob" Wayne Weaver, 84, of Goshen, died at 11:20 pm on Sunday,
December 6, at his residence surrounded by his family after a year long battle
with cancer. He was born on December 21, 1930, to Oscar M. and Inez (Wenger)
Weaver. On June 22, 1952 in Wakarusa he married Mary Ellen Harter; she died
February 12, 1988. On September 17, 1988 in Goshen he married Joann (Shettler)
Miller; she survives. Survivors in addition to his wife are two daughters, Terina
(Lonnie) Franks of Middlebury, Pamela (Ron) Everingham of Goshen; son, James
Weaver of Goshen; two step daughters, Cynthia (Don) Hostetler of Goshen,
Cecilia (Robin Keck) Miller of Golden Valley, MN; two step sons, Craig (Marcia)
Miller of Austin, TX,  Crandall (Carla) Miller of Cleveland, OH; unofficially adopted
children, Chanty and Soaman Long of Middlebury; 23 grandchildren, 37 great
grandchildren; brother, Glen (Sara) Weaver of Shipshewana. He was preceded in
death by his first wife, parents, grandson, Cody Franks, two sisters, Anna
Hunsburger and Fern Witmer, brother, Lowell Weaver. Bob was a member of
Pleasant View Mennonite Church, he taught Sunday school for 15 years, was
active in the clown ministry, MDS, Red Cross and Men of Music for 28 years. He
was a woodworker and had worked in the engineering department at Weiland
Designs of Goshen for 25 years. Bob and his wife had served on several short
term mission trips in the US and abroad including one to Cambodia where they
were active in getting new water wells established. Memorials may be given to
M.C.C. for Integrated Community Development in Cambodia.  Visitation will be
from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 5:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday, December 8, at Pleasant View
Mennonite Church, 58529 CR 23, Goshen. Family and friends may gather at the
church at 2:15 pm on Wednesday, December 9, to go in procession to a 3:00 pm
graveside service at Violett Cemetery in Goshen. A celebration of life service will
follow at 5:00 pm at Pleasant View Mennonite Church. Services will be conducted
by Pastors Ron Diener and Tyler Hartford.
