December 18, 1919 -- October 13, 2014

Polly S. Miller, 94, of LaGrange, died at 1:05 am, on Monday, October 13, at
Millers Merry Manor, LaGrange. She was born on December 18, 1919, in
LaGrange County, to Samuel J. and Lena  (Schrock) Whetstone. On August
16, 1962 she married Milo J.K. Miller, he died January 10, 1983. Surviving are
four step sons, Gerald Miller of Sarasota, FL, Stanley (Karen) Miller, Willard
(Winona) Miller and Vernon (Betty) Miller all of Goshen; four step daughters,
Arlene (Alton) Bontrager of Middlebury, Marilyn (Calvin) Miller of LaGrange,
Anna Marie (Richard) Miller of Goshen, Edna (Monroe) Bontrager of
Middlebury; 29 step grandchildren, 95 step great grandchildren, three step
great-great grandchildren; brother, John Whetstone of Topeka;
sister-in-law, Lovina Whetstone of Middlebury. She was preceded in death
by her husband, parents, four brothers, Joseph, Henry, Samuel and infant
Levi Whetstone, five sisters, Anna Hochstetler, Gertrude Chupp, Ida Miller,
Elizabeth Miller and Lydia Bontrager, two step sons, Freeman and Richard
Miller, step daughter-in-law, Laura Miller, step granddaughter, Dora Miller,
step great granddaughter, Paige Miller, step great grandson, Jonathon
Yoder. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish
Church. Visitation will be after 2:00 pm on Tuesday October 14, and all day
Wednesday October 15, at the Vernon and Erma Miller residence, 12367 CR
36, Goshen. Funeral services will be at 9:30 am on Thursday October 16,
also at the Vernon and Erma Miller residence. Services will be conducted by
Bishop LaVern Kuhns and the home ministers. Burial will be in Clinton
Union Cemetery, Goshen.
