Marlin P. Kline
                                September 9, 1921 -- August 17, 2014

Marlin P. Kline, 92, formerly of Middlebury and Millersburg, died at
12:08 pm, on Sunday, August 17, at his daughter’s residence in
Riverside, CA, where he had lived for the past two and a half years.
He was born on September 9, 1921, in Elkhart County, to Shirley
and Hazel M. (Rogers) Kline. On October 11, 1947 in Elkhart County
he married Alice Lorraine Herman, she died October 6, 2009.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Ann (James) Tognacci of
Fountain Hills, AZ, Nancy Lorraine (Michael) Duncan of Riverside,
CA; grandchildren, Brian & Samantha Duncan. He was preceded in
death by his wife, parents, two sisters, Mary Smoker and Dorothy
Kline, two brothers, Maurice and Merritt Kline. Marlin was a house
painter and had worked as a millwright at CTS in Elkhart. He was a
WWII Army/Air Force Veteran serving from 1941-1945. He was
member of the Millersburg American Legion and St. Paul's Lutheran
Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm followed by a
funeral service at 1:00 on Saturday August 23, at Miller-Stewart
Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street Middlebury. Services will be
conducted by Pastor Randy Schroeder. Burial will be in Brown
Cemetery, Millersburg.
