We are sending our sympathy and love. Know we are never ready to say
goodbye to our mothers but so glad she is free from her suffering. I have
shingles on my face and head so we will not be able to join you Saturday.

You have my deepest sympathy at this time. Mabel use to talk to me when I
was very young and tried too get me on the right path. I use too do my best to
shock her as often as possible. Her and Bud always help me through those
early years and I'm a better man for it. I can't make it to the funeral and I am
very sorry that I can't. Praying for you all and you are all in my thoughts at
this time.
