I have good memories of Lydia Ann while she served as head cook
at Das Dutchman Essenhaus.   Her hard work, efficiency, and
positive "can-do" attitude were a vital contribution to the
success of the restaurant.   May the memories of the good person
she was, sustain you in this time of grief.
