January 20, 1948 -- December 31, 2018

Jo Ann (Swartzentruber) Miller, of Goshen, passed away on December 31, 2018 at
Manor II, Greencroft at 70 years of age. She was born January 20, 1948 near Riverside,
Iowa to Ivan L. and Alma (Borntrager) Swartzentruber. She grew up on a turkey farm
and attended Boone School #5 with her siblings, the same school her father, mother,
and great-grandmother attended. She enjoyed spending time with her family and
quilting. She will be sadly missed by her by two daughters and two sons from her
marriage to Leonard Miller: Lois (Colleen Dyck) Miller, Saskatchewan, Canada; Rhoda
Jean (Jerry) Franklin, Millersburg; Matthew J. Miller, Elkhart; and Jason L. Miller,
Goshen; grandchildren Krystal Neely, Beaverton, MI; Howie Neely, Millersburg; Tori
(Kelly Sherrod) Neely, Millersburg; Jerry Franklin, Jr., Topeka; Kathy (Grant) Johnston,
Wolcottville; Brandon Franklin, Millersburg; Lindsey (Ron Jones) Scearse, Elkhart;
Spencer Waldron, New Paris; Zeke May, Millersburg; great-grandchildren Nash
Haynes, Beaverton, MI; Alyssa Neely, Millersburg; Noah Jones, Elkhart; Siblings: Elva

Swartzentruber, Loogootee; Diane (Dean) Otto, Washington; Cheryl (Don) Gingerich,
Sarasota, FL; Connie (Allen) Wagler, Loogootee; Patty (Ben) Stoll, Sarasota, FL; Judy
(Dana) Moger, Jessup, GA; Marlene (Steve) Jones, Ligonier; Randy Swartzentruber,
Montgomery; and Craig (Marietta) Swartzentruber, Fairfield, MT; and numerous nieces,
nephews, step nieces, and step nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents
Ivan and Alma Swartzentruber, sister Martha Miller, and brother Don Swartzentruber.
Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, January 4 at
Fairhaven Mennonite Church, 13513 SR 4, Goshen and one hour prior to the 10:30 am
funeral service on Saturday, January 5 also at Fairhaven Mennonite Church. Services
will be conducted by Pastor Troy Scott. Burial will be in Clinton Union Cemetery,
Goshen. Memorials may be given to Goshen Home Care and Hospice.  Online
