Dear Ruby and family; I am sadden by Jay's passing. Ruby and I always got a
chuckle when I would deliver breakfast in the morning. She would call him for
breakfast and he wouldn't answer but if I called him he would always get up
and thank me. Jay was always so thankful for anything an employee at
Waterford did for him. He is going to be missed by all.
