Jack A. Haynes
                         November 20, 1931 -- June 1, 2014

Jack A. Haynes, 82, of Goshen, formerly of Middlebury, died at 2:15
am on Sunday, June 1, at Greencroft Gables Health Care, Goshen.
He was born on November 20, 1931 in Robinson, IL, to Charles P.
and Helen (Westerman) Haynes.  On June 29, 1957 in Franklin Park,
IL he married the love of his life, Priscilla R. Dillon; she survives.
Survivors in addition to his wife is a son, David (Jen) Haynes of
Mission Viejo, CA; three daughters, Helen Haynes of Raleigh, NC;
Elizabeth Magee of Dearborn, MI; Carolyn (Lyle) Hardman of
Granger; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Haynes, Christopher
(Rebecca) Haynes, Jaclyn Culler, Katelyn Culler, Timothy Nicolosi,
David Hardman, Daniel Hardman; sister, Sue Kellar of West Covina,
CA. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of
Middlebury, an Army veteran serving in Germany during the Korean
War, and he and his wife attended numerous Elderhostels
throughout the United States. He loved learning, spending time
with family, especially his grandchildren and had worked for 28
years for Ford Motor Company. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00
and 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, June 6, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home,
1003 South Main Street Middlebury. Funeral services will be at
10:00 am on Saturday June 7, at the First United Methodist Church,
Middlebury. Services will be conducted by Pastor Ron Russell.
Burial with military honors by the American Legion Post #210 will
be in Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury. Memorials may be given to
the Greencroft Foundation.

I am so sorry about Jack's passing.  I enjoyed many conversations
with Jack while he was a resident at Greencroft Middlebury and
Greencroft Goshen.  He was a very special gentleman, who dearly
loved his wife and family.  I pray that you will cherish the wonderful
memories you have of Jack.  Prayerfully and with deepest sympathy.

Sorry to hear of Jack's death. I am out of town for two weeks but
another neighbor sent me the news. Jack was true friend and one
faithful husband
