Freda Rae Mast
                        January 6, 1957 -- August 9, 2015

Freda Rae Mast, 58, of Middlebury, passed away Sunday evening, August 9,
at her residence. Her death was very unexpected and was due to natural
causes. She was born on January 6, 1957 in Goshen to Raymond and Polly  
(Yoder) Mast. Survivors include her husband, James Kohlmeyer and a
daughter, Jamie Hayden both of Middlebury; son, Jeremy Schrock of
Auburn; grandchildren, April, Emmalee and Mara; three sisters, Doris (Dan)
Zook, Joan (Dan) Beechy both of Middlebury, Cindy (Derald) Bontrager of
Union, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Karen
Bontrager and Fern Stutzman; a brother, Paul Mast. Freda enjoyed
gardening, music and writing. She was very artistic and was a true people
person. She was very accepting of anyone and once you met her you never
forgot her. She would do anything for anyone and had a special love for
children. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday,
August 12, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003 South Main Street
Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 13, at
River Of Life Fellowship Church, Middlebury. Burial will be in Grace Lawn
Cemetery, Middlebury. Memorials may be given to Ryan's Place.  Online

Extending my sympathy as you part with Freda. I have a lot of good
memories of working with her at the Essenhaus in the 80s, and regret that I
cannot attend the viewing because of another death in our church.

Sorry to get this news.  I was truly looking forward to seeing Freda at our
upcoming class reunion.  She was such a fun person to know.
