                                       May 12, 1924 -- June 7, 2014

Faye Nyhle Hunter Ude was ushered into the presence of her Lord,
Saturday, June 7, 2014, in Goshen, Indiana.  Her journey on earth
began May 12, 1924, in Knoxville, Tennessee when God blessed
David and Clara Nyhle Hunter with their 6th child.  God’s providence
took the family to Miami, Florida where Faye was born again at the
First Christian Church and where she met and later married Earl
Krader Ude on September 2, 1945.  Faye was a graduate of the
University of Miami with a degree in Trumpet, Music Education and
English.  She taught High School Band, directed Church Choirs,
Youth Choirs, worked at the University of Miami in Campus Ministry,
and was a life-long member of Sigma Alpha Iota Women’s Honorary
Music Sorority. She faithfully served God through His church in many
volunteer capacities.  In 1955 she helped start the University Christian
Church (Disciples of Christ) in South Miami Florida.  She is survived
by her children, Pam (Steve) Allen and Gini (David) Bennett, and her
grandchildren, Bethany (Brandon) Hartman, Danielle (Jared)
Goodman, Christopher (Stacy) Bennett, Ross (Olivia) Allen, Rebecca
(Steven) Kauffman, Hunter Allen and 11 great grandchildren, Clara,
Jackson, Elliott, Riley, Aubrey, Kayla, Brooklyn, Leila, Liam, Mali, and
Kaeson.   Ready to meet her in heaven are her parents, siblings and
husband of 58 years.  Friends and family are invited for coffee and
fellowship at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday June 14, followed by a celebration
of a life well-lived at 10:30 a.m. at Sugar Grove Church, Goshen,
Indiana.  To honor her life donations may be made to the First
Christian Church, 29 7th St SW, Winter Haven, FL 33880.

Dear Gini and family,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mother.  She sounds
like a wonderful person, and I would've loved to meet her.  Consider
yourself hugged by me, and my prayers will be for you and your
loved ones.
