April 18, 1938 -- March 7, 2021

Fannie Mae Lengacher, 82, of Shipshewana, passed from this life at 9:02 am
on Sunday, March 7, at her residence. She was born on April 18, 1938 in
LaGrange County to Ora  and Ida (Christner) Eash. On December 25, 1958 in
LaGrange County she married William Lengacher, Jr., he died October 27,
1996. Surviving are two daughters, Charlene Kay of Arcola, IL, Christina
(Gary) Nissley of Shipshewana; son, Devon Jay Lengacher of Shipshewana;
six grandchildren, Colette, Briana, Shianne, Korey, Kylan and Kainan
Nissley; two brothers, Pete (Edna) Eash and Orla (Lydia) Eash both of
Shipshewana; sister, Gladys (William) Yoder of Shipshewana. She was
preceded in death by her parents and husband. Fannie enjoyed spending
time with her grandchildren, often reading stories to them and giving them
chocolate milk. She also enjoyed gardening, piecing comforters for Christian
Aid Ministries and visiting with friends. She was a charter member of
Rosewood Fellowship Church. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 -
8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, at Shore Church, 7235 W 100 N Shipshewana.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 10, also at the
church.  Services will be conducted by Bishop LaVern Miller and the home
ministers of Rosewood Fellowship Church. Burial will be in East Barren
Cemetery, Shipshewana. Memorials may be given to Christian Aid Ministries.
