Ezra Fry
                         October 10, 1926 -- December 30, 2015

Ezra Fry, 89, of Topeka, went to be with his Lord and Savior at 12:15
am on Wednesday, December 30, at his residence. He was born on
October 10, 1926, in Reno County, KS, to Noah J. and Mary
(Bontrager) Fry. On February 24, 1951 in Goshen he married Jeanette
Steury, she went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 6, 2012.
Surviving are four daughters, Joetta (John) Reffett of LaGrange,
Cheryl (Larry) Kellett of Angola, Donna (Tim) Hite of Shipshewana,
Rita (Tony) Long of Auburn; son, Dale (Pam) Fry of LaGrange; 15
grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; brother, Jake (Mary Ellen) Fry
of Shipshewana. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents;
brother, Joe Fry; sister, Sarah Miller. Ezra was a member of the Emma
Mennonite Church, Topeka. He had worked as a farmer, mechanic,
and had retired from the mobile homes industry after working 30
years. He enjoyed providing taxi service for the Amish community
and was a faithful blood donor for the American Red Cross. He had
served in the Army Corps of Engineers as a non-combatant during
the Korean Conflict. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday,
January 1, at Emma Mennonite Church, 1900 South 600 West Topeka.
There will also be one hour of visitation prior to the 10:00 am funeral
service on Saturday, January 2, also at the church.  Services will be
conducted by Rev. Gene Hartman. Burial, with graveside military
rites, will be in Shore Cemetery, Shipshewana. Memorials may be
given to Emma Mennonite Church.

voice And COME OUT, He will wipe OUT every tear From their Eyes
And Death will be NO MORE, God Almighty of Tender Mercies HOPE
And PROMISE IS SOON TO BE ATTAIN.  May these Thoughts be of
