Euell D. Elswick, 78, of Middlebury, passed away at 2:10 am on Saturday,
October 13, at Center for Hospice Care, Elkhart. He was born on January 5,
1940  in Cedar Grove, WV, to Johnsie and Verna (Rider) Elswick. On April 7,
1962 in Goshen he married Nora Troyer, she survives. Survivors in addition
to his wife are four sons, Greg (Adrian) Elswick of Goshen, Darin (Michele
Lucchese) Elswick of Vandalia, MI, Jeremy (fiancé Betsy McEachern) Elswick
of Goshen, Jason (Emily) Elswick of Medina, MN; 15 grandchildren, five   
great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Paul (Tamara) Elswick of IL, Don
(Edna) Elswick of VA; four sisters, Joni Taylor of Goshen, Toni (Leon) Askew
of Dunlap, Darlene (Bill) Conley of Goshen, Kaye Miller of Goshen. He was
preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Kathy Lynn Elswick;
and a sister, Erma Lee Wyatt. Euell had worked in the RV industry for most of
his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and spending time out in his
yard mowing. He was an IU basketball fan and also had coached baseball for
Middlebury Little League and Northridge High School. He was known as a
great cook and enjoyed singing karaoke. He loved spending time with his
grandchildren and rarely missed any of their sporting events. Visitation will
be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm on Tuesday October 16, at Miller-Stewart Funeral
Home, 1003 South Main Street Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 10:00
am on Wednesday, October 17, also at the funeral home. Services will be
conducted by Pastor Luis Montiel. Burial will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery,
Middlebury. Memorials may be given to Center for Hospice Care.  Online

Sorry for your loss I wish there was something I could do or say but I know
its not. Everyone excepts these things different I know I had a terrible time
with my loss Hope everything works out ok.
