Edna Fern Miller
Edna Fern Miller, 74, of Topeka, died at 6:34 pm on Tuesday, May 16, at
Parkview LaGrange Hospital. She was born on January 17, 1943 in Yoder,
KS to William D. and Susie (Yoder) Yoder. On October 12, 1961 in
LaGrange County she married Raymond P.   Miller, he died November 30,
2004. Surviving are three daughters, Dorothy Ellen (Floyd) Yoder of
LaGrange, Wilma Sue (Wayne) Mullet of Topeka, Freda (Ervin Dean) Fry of
Topeka; three sons, Freeman Lee (Wanita) Miller of Ligonier, Orvan (Barb)
Miller of Topeka, Kenny (Dora) Miller of Topeka; 33 grandchildren, 46 great
grandchildren; four brothers, William (Lora) Yoder of Syracuse, Albert
(Rosa) Yoder of Topeka, David (Ida Mae) Yoder of Shipshewana, Merle
(Ottie) Yoder of Castalion Springs, TN; four sisters, Polly Fry of Fairview,
MI, Anna (Glen) Fry of Topeka, Vera (Mervin) Miller of Ligonier, Ruby
(Elmer) Byler of Millersburg; two  sisters-in-law, Ruby Mae Yoder of
Topeka,  Carolyn (Elmer) Yoder of Topeka. She was preceded in death by
a son, Floyd Ray Miller; three grandchildren; a great granddaughter;
parents; eight brothers, Daniel, Joseph, Herman, Amos, Perry, Ora, Elmer
and Felty; five sisters, Katie Cross, Sadie Summerlot, Betsy Fry, Clara
Slabach, Susanna Keim. Edna Fern was a homemaker and member of the
Old Order Amish Church. Visitation will be after 1:00 pm on Thursday May
18, and all day Friday May 19, at the family's residence, 6935 West 500
South Topeka. Funeral services will be at 9:30 am on Saturday May 20, at
the same residence. Services will be conducted by Bishop Lee Andrew
Yoder and the home ministers. Burial will be in Hawpatch Cemetery,
Topeka.
