January 26, 1947 -- March 22, 2019

Edwin "Eddie" A. Mast, 72, of Goshen, died unexpectedly at 5:04 pm on
Friday, March 22 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born on January 26,
1947, in Elkhart, to Abe and Ruby (Miller) Mast. On June 12, 1966, in Burton,
OH, he married Mary Ellen Miller; she survives. Survivors in addition to his
wife are four sons, Keith (Debra) Mast of Goshen, Darrell (Doretta) Mast,
Duane (Beth) Mast both of Millersburg, Brian (Kristen) Mast of Fort Wayne; 14
grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; four sisters, Rachel (Ben) Graber of
Sarasota, Irene Yoder, Anna Lou (Levi) Helmuth, Marie (Leon) Wengerd all of
Nappanee; brother, Levi (Ann) Mast of Fairplay, SC. He was preceded in
death by his parents and brother, Roman Mast. He was a member of
Townline Mennonite Church, where he served as an usher. He served on the
Advisory Board for the Gospel Express Ministries for many years. He
 
enjoyed attending the Gospel Express Auction in Pennsylvania. He retired
from Sorg Dodge in Goshen after working in the service department for 30
years. Eddie loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He liked to golf
and go camping with his family. Visitation will be from 5:00- 8:00 pm on
Tuesday, March 26 and 2:00- 4:00 and 6:00- 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March
27 at Siloam Fellowship, 61616 CR 35, Goshen. Funeral services will be at 10:
00 am on Thursday, March 28 also at Siloam Fellowship. Services will be
conducted by Pastor Dean Yoder. Burial will be in Townline Cemetery,
Shipshewana. Memorials may be given to Gospel Express Ministries. Online

So sorry for your families loss to the Mast family! I remember well when he
came to see Ruby at Millers! He was a very funny guy! And always made the
ladies laugh!
