Cora Miller
                                April 20, 1933 -- January 29, 2017

Cora Miller, 83, of Goshen, died at 6:10 pm, on Sunday, January 29,
at Goshen Health Hospital after a month long stay. She had battled
cancer for six months. She was born on April 20, 1933, in Wellman,
IA, to Benjamin and Anna (Miller) Detweiler. On June 29, 1957 in
Elkhart County she married Robert Miller; he died August 1, 2005.
Surviving is a son, James (Kim) Miller of Middlebury; two
grandsons, one granddaughter, two great grandsons, one great
granddaughter; a sister, Edna (Dean) Breniser of Middlebury. She
was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, Maria
Weirich, two grandsons, Brice Miller and Austin Weirich; seven
sisters and four brothers. She was a member of Tri Lakes
Community Church of Bristol, where she was the vision behind the
annual ladies retreat which has been going on for 30 years. She was
a homemaker and had worked in the cafeteria for the Middlebury
Community Schools for over 15 years. She had also worked at the
Middlebury Creamery and did janitorial work for her son in the
Middlebury School systems for many years. Visitation will be from
5:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday February 3, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home,
1003 South Main Street Middlebury. Family and friends may gather
at 9:00 am on Saturday February 4, at the funeral home for visitation
until 9:45 and travel in procession to a 10:00 am graveside service
at Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury.  A memorial celebration
service will follow at 11:00 am at Tri Lakes Community Church,
50755 CR 23, Bristol. Services will be conducted by Pastors Doreen
Mast and Marc Stutzman. Memorials may be given to Youth Mission
Projects through the church or Tribe of Benjamin Mission.  Online
