Cletus J. Schrock

                                 March 27, 1921 -- February 3, 2014

Cletus J. Schrock, 92, of Wolcottville, went peacefully to be with his Lord and
Savior surrounded by family at 6:35 pm on Monday, February 3, at his
residence. He had been in declining health the past four months. He was
born on March 27, 1921 in LaGrange County, to John and Elizabeth (Wingard)
Schrock. On September 14, 1957 in Middlebury he married Mary Miller, she
survives. Survivors in addition to his wife are two daughters, Char (Jim)
Davis of Middlebury, Karen (Dan) Yoder of Goshen; three sons, Steve
(Sonya) Schrock of Shipshewana, Ron Schrock of Goshen, Clete "Jay"
(Rachel) Schrock of Plain City, OH; 15 grandchildren, one great grandson;
four sisters, Anna Miller and Edna (Andy) Bontrager both of Topeka, Lucille
(Rudy) Miller of Middlebury, Katie Schrock of Millersburg; two brothers, Elmer
(Marge) Schrock of Ness City, KS, Menno  Schrock of Nappanee. He was
preceded in death by his parents, five sisters, Wilma Price, Beulah Argento,
Ida Keiser, Alice Stewart and Mary Bontrager. He was a member of Topeka
Mennonite Church, was drafted and served with CPS during World War II and
was a member of the Seagoing Cowboys, shipping horses to Poland. He had
been a dairy farmer for most of his life, farming well into his 80's, drove
school bus for Lakeland School Corporation and later in life did trucking and
Amish Taxi work. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 6:00 pm on Thursday February
6, and for one hour prior to the 11:00 am funeral service on Friday February 7,
all at Topeka Mennonite Church, Topeka. Services will be conducted by
Pastor Conrad Showalter. Burial will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury.
Memorials may be given to MCC for the meat canning project or Topeka
Mennonite Church.

Mary, My heart goes out to you during this time.  Know that Jesus was
waiting for Cletus as soon as he passed. You have held a special place in my
heart (and Arlene's) since we moved into the neighborhood.  Our thoughts
