Charlene Richards
                                October 15, 1948 -- December 21, 2013

Charlene Richards, 65, of Middlebury, died at 6:10 am on Saturday, December
21, at the Maples at Waterford Crossing, Goshen. She was born on October
15, 1948 in Chicago, IL, to Leo and Florence (Valentino) Mondia. On February
22, 2002 she married Henri Lee Richards, Jr. he survives. Survivors in addition
to her husband are a daughter, Nancy Simmons of Kankakee, IL; two sons,
Eddie Sotello of Wyatt, Ben Sotello of Kankakee, IL; five grandchildren; two
sisters, Sadie and Linda; three brothers, Anthony, Sammy and Leonard
Mondia. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one
sister. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm on Thursday December 26,
followed by a funeral service at 4:00 pm at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, 1003
South Main Street Middlebury. Services will be conducted by Chris Garner.
Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, IL. Memorials may be given to Miller-
Stewart Funeral Home to assist with expenses.

Lee and Family: Marsha and I were so sorry to hear about Char. She was a
wonderful lady with a big heart and great spirit. We are out of the country and
will not be able to attend services but you are all in our prayers

We are so sorry for the loss of Char. God has her in his arms now and she is
free. Robin and I are in Ohio and won’t be able to attend but know that you all

Lee we are so sorry to hear about Char. We loved her. She was such an
awesome lady! She made me smile! She suffers no more. She is in the arms of
Jesus. He is holding her close. What joy fills her heart! I know your heart is
sad. Let Jesus fill it with his love. He loves you so much! You are not alone. All
of your brothers and sisters in Christ are lifting you up with our prayers!
