Brittany Brachelle Wolcott, 30, of Shipshewana, died at 9:00 pm on Sunday,
July 15 at the scene of an automobile accident on US 131 near Indian
Prairie Road South of White Pigeon, MI. She was born on May 25, 1988 in
Elkhart, to John and Stacey (Miller) Miller. Survivors include son, Joshua
Wolcott and daughter, Willow Jo Wolcott; mother, Stacey (John) Garten of
Middlebury; father, John (Hope) Miller, El Paso, TX; two sisters, Madison
(Frank) Zavala of Gainesville, FL, Bethany (Robby Wise) Miller of South
Bend; two stepbrothers, Tyler (Kristin) Garten of Auburn, Kamren Garten of
Constantine, MI; two stepsisters, Kristi (Travis Hembree) Garten of Bristol,
Kari Garten of Sturgis, MI; grandparents, Billy and Sandi Miller of
Middlebury, Rachel and Tito Guedea of Goshen, John Garten of
Shipshewana. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and
Beulah Miller and Sue Garten. She worked at the Shell gas station at the
corner of State Road 13 and US 20 in Middlebury for 11 years. She loved to
cook, especially pasta. She enjoyed working on puzzles, reading and
gardening. Brittany had a heart of gold. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00
and 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 18, at Miller-Stewart Funeral Home,
1003 South Main Street, Middlebury. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on
Thursday, July 19 at Bonneyville Mennonite Church, Bristol. Services will
be conducted by Pastors Marcella Hershberger and Phil Bender. Burial will
be in Grace Lawn Cemetery, Middlebury. A memorial fund has been
established in memory of Brittany for her children at First State Bank,
